McSpadden Inc. has been a general contractor serving the East Tennessee area since 1975. We have successfully completed projects by using an experienced staff, realistic scheduling, a select group of subcontractors, and most importantly - attention to details.

We are licensed in several East Tennessee counties and have an unlimited state license.

McSpadden Inc. proudly maintains a State of Tennessee Drug Free Workplace Program.

McSpadden Inc. has been a dealer for Gulf States Manufacturers pre-engineered metal building systems since 1983, and has a full time erection crew dedicated solely to pre-engineered metal buildings and structural steel. In August of 2007, Nucor Corporation purchased Gulf States Manufacturers.  We are currently a dealer for Nucor Corporation and Kirby Building Systems.
